problème tension batterie botvac80

bonjour, je cherche des informations techniques concernant le botvac 80.
la station délivre du 18 volt et la batterie est une 12volt NiMh d'origine qui a fonctionné pendant deux ans et demi....là pour moi elle doit être hs.
Avant de la remplacer je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un a des informations concernant la charge réelle appliquée à la batterie.
j'ai contrôlé sur la carte mère batterie connectée une tension d'environ 17volt , est ce normale ? quelle tension doit atteindre la batterie en fin de charge ? actuellement j'ai 14,6 v et le robot ne veut pas démarrer, me demande de le recharger.

Bonjour, cette batterie est garantie de six mois. Pendant cette période, on vous arrangera un remplacement sans condition s'il arrive des problèmes de qualité.

Il me semble que la tension de charge est évolutive en fonction de la résistance interne de la batterie, de son niveau de charge .... La carte mère gère tout cela et, charge par cycle la batterie durant tout le temps ou il est sur sa base. l’algorithme de charge Neato est particulièrement complexe !

Voltage alone cannot indicate whether a battery is good; the voltage falls under load, and must be observed with a load. A worn out or defective battery loses capacity, so it charges quickly and discharges quickly. In the worst case, it cannot supply the minimum voltage to operate the system when loaded.
The Neato will charge batteries to their full capacity, whatever the size, with the charger terminating for NiMh batteries based on heating near full charge. The battery terminal voltage for NiMh batteries will be 2-3v above the actual battery voltage, 18.5v on the 12 cell 14.7v XV model and near 15.5v on the 10 cell 12v Botvac battery. Charging is performed at a constant 2 amp rate.
Besides worn out batteries, the Neato charging dock can be defective.
Batteries can be tested with a load formed by a 12v auto lamp. The Neato can also be run over USB with the Neato Control program or terminal emulator to turn on the suction fan only for about a 1 amp load, usable to test the capacity of the battery from the running time.

Lithium Ion batteries work differently and are controlled entirely by voltage without the heating of NiMh batteries. When the charging voltage reaches a maximum rated value the charger terminates.
