Signature XV Pro - Poser au sol

Bonjour à tous,
Après moult recherche sur le net, je viens vers vous pour résoudre le souci sur mon Signature XV Pro.
Propriétaire depuis 2013, j'ai changé les batterie il y a un an. Depuis une semaine, l'aspirateur me demande de le mettre au sol, et malgré tout ce que peut dire le trés respectable M. Newton,il se croit (l'aspirateur) toujours en lévitation. J'ai téléchargé le programe Neato control, tous les capteurs fonctionnent correctement (suite à un autre poste sur ce forum), les capteurs IR et les capteurs de roues sols répondent tous bien.
Je souhaiterais donc injecter de nouveau le firmware, seul problème le programme NeatoUpdaterToolInstaller_x64.exe n'est plus disponible sur le net semble-t-il et encore moins dans mon neato sur le site du fabricant (pas bravo au passage).

Tout ça pour donc demander si l'un d'entre vous aurez ce fameux programme d'installation et le firmware pour injecter de nouveau tout ça dans la bête.

Si vous avez d'autres idées je suis preneur évidement.

November 2015 Neato Robotics suspended the online firmware updating website page. There were never any updates for Botvac firmware very new to begin with.

Risks of damaging the unit are present when not used correctly with expertise. There is little of significance in updates beyond v3.1 introducing the "corner cleaver" improved corner handling behavior. Firmware files supplied are only for the newer, v64 "Binky" system board, and are incompatible with the older v113 "Cruz" boards from several years ago, with different cpu. Rev113 boards are incompatible with firmware beyond v3.1 adding "corner cleaver" behavior. The Botvac is even on a different OS, commercial linux variant QNX instead of in-house mods to linux.

The firmware memory is flashed by the firmware itself over USB. If anything fails, then the firmware needed to flash the memory or communicate can be damaged, so it cannot be flashed again, and is "bricked", unusable. Be sure everything is understood and equipment in good condition.
The Neato driver and updater program package must be installed, or the Vorwerk versions. Neato's can be configured as Vorwerk with the unpublished SetConfig command. The driver package is posted at RobotReviews as no longer stored at the Neato website.

Test the USB connection before updating, with the Neato Control Program, a Terminal Emulator, or the new Neato Toolio.
The Windows driver package installs the driver and a separate Updater program which is a script driven terminal emulator. The scripts contain links to the firmware code files.
Some very old AMD/Nvidia PC's had a defect in the USB system board drivers preventing Neato's unusual protocol with single character packets, emulating old RS232/Teletype interfaces, compared to high speed block data, line at a time transfers. Intel machines always worked. Since no one else used this protocol it was never fixed.

Ayant pas mal de temps libre pour les jours à venir ..., je viens de faire la mise à jour suite aux éléments que l'on m'a transmis.
Impeccable pour la mise à jour mais j'ai toujours le même problème, merci encore.

J'ai beau passer l'ensemble des capteurs avec Neatocontrol, je trouve pas grand chose, j'ai un doute sur les capteurs de détections sol à IR (je pense) TAG : LeftDropinMM et RigntDropinMM.
La valeur de base à 60 (position sur le sol standard), cela me parait beaucoup en mm (valeur indiqué dans le tag du capteur), et lorsque je le mets dans le vide ça passe à 150.
Est-il possible de modifier l'offset pour voir si je peux diminuer cette valeur de 60 ?

Edit : si quelqu'un peut vérifier la valeur que lui indique neatocontrol de ces 2 capteurs sur son appareil, ça serait un peu super sympa.

The cliff or drop sensors are the same component as the Wall Sensor. Sharp IR proximity distance sensor. They can be tested with Neato Control or Neato Toolio over USB by moving a hand up and down under the sensor and observing the response.

Neato Control etc. use these commands to create a graphical interface instead of text.
You may find a command which calibrates the distance sensor, not sure.

red wire 5v power, black ground, other is signal 0-3v falling with distance.
Voltage read by analog input to microcontroller. Maximum distance may indicate poor connection or damage. Plugging in backwards will damage the part.
Measure at both ends of the cable, on sensor and plug to system board.

Tout d'abord merci à glnc222 pour son aide très complète !
J'ai finalement remplacé la carte mère et l'aspirateur fonctionne de nouveau, il y a un composant qui avait grillé.
J'ai acheté un signature XV sur le Boncoin et le tour est joué.
Pour information, le Signature XV et XV pro on la même carte mère (P/N 915-0036).
Pas merci Neato pour le suivi de mon dossier au passage, ils ont pas été efficace pour moi.
