The Rev64 Binky system board firmware files were captured in Russia, for the Neato Robotics updater program installed in the USB driver download.

Read the rest of the thread linked above for details of the updating operation. There are no important changes from 3.2 to 3.4 in my opinion. Minor tweaks.
The updater program is a script driven terminal emulator with scripts to perform the update with text commands, referencing files, some time delays and things.
Everything must be correct and I think the bot must be on battery power off the dock when updating, because the power management software is being updated.
Any problems can damage the system beyond repair because the update is actually performed by the robot itself.
Also check the Vorwerk material for Rev64 if included.
