Fonctionnement Laser XV

J'ai un de mes robots qui vient de tomber en panne, de laser ( champ de vision bloquée ...) ce n'est pas le moteur ( j'ai mis un moteur neuf même problème) L'alimentation de sortie du moteur au niveau de la carte mere a donc un problème elle ne delivre pas assez de tension pour lancer le moteur.
Sous une tension batterie de 14v, la tension aux bornes du connecteur moteur est de 0.3v, puis, si on aide la tourelle a tourner, on fini par obtenir 2.7v.
il n'y a aucun point dur dans le roulement de la tourelle, le problème existe également lorsque je fait le test avec "Neato Control" il doit donc y avoir un composant de la carte (regulateur de tension ....qui ne fonctionne plus correctement.
Quelqu'un parmi vous a-il deja eut ce problème ?

Je ne sais pas.

One user found a problem with the spin sensor inside the lidar. An optical sensor detects the point where rotation starts to know the beam direction.

LIDAR sensor was not properly calibrated. To fix this issue you don't even need to disassemble the robot, just remove the LIDAR cover and open (4 screws) LIDAR cap. Here you can see the laser with a lense and a sensor on the other side (photo diode?). Sensor is located inside metallic tube. Using pliers I've turned it slightly in one and then other direction, each time checking LIDAR vision range using NeatoConnect.
Now it clearly sees objects in 2-3m (6-10 feet) range. The behavior is also restored - it easily returns to the base and does cleaning in proper pattern

Thanks.
So for your information, I tested the same lidar on another motherboard and the robot working normally ! Do you know someone who would have a diagram of the motherboard in order to know what are the components that drive the lidar ?

The system board has not been completely traced. It is not made to replace surface mount IC's soldered with paste in an oven. The price of system boards has fallen over time, but shipping cost of packages from the U.S. is high. Some are listed on ebay with an international shipping feature.
The basic collection of components was listed:

Note the LCD connector was changed to a full pin socket on the new board.
