Neato XV-14 : ecran n'affiche plus rien

Bonjour,
mon Neato XV-14 n'affiche plus rien sur l’écran. Je ne peux donc plus le régler. L’écran s'allume mais n'affiche rien.
J'ai fait un reset (en restant appuyé 20s), j'ai enlevé les batteries... rien n'y fait

Comment puis je changer l’écran, ou puis je me procurer la piece détachée?

The XV LCD is known to wear out. Replacements can be found on ebay at least in the U.S. You need the type with the same connector as the model of XV. Newer ones have a full plug on the ribbon cable. XV-14 is probably the older, with a bare cable clamp end. The circuitry is different, not just the connector.

Some users can continue to use the robot without the LCD display working. Compare costs of replacement with new units.

I forgot to mention: you can set the schedule etc. over the USB connection when the LCD screen is not working.
