"9350" is only part of the full model id, eg. SR20J9350U (or other letters). There is also an "SKU" id VR20J9350... on the bottom label.
Samsung delivers different models in different countries, for the power plugs at least. A model made for one country may not be warranted if imported into another country. The website may not accept registration, though registration there is for marketing information used by Samsung. Legally it is the sales receipt which matters for warranty service, not registration. I do not know that situation in Europe.
The internet app however, is a separate system with its own registration when setting up the app, and does not care which model it is.
All the 9350's are functionally the same. They have many different Powerbot models and packages, with some available only in certain countries.
It can help to check Samsung's own marketing website in your country for the models listed there.
When Samsung produced a previous model 9250 with WiFi in 2015, it was sold only in Switzerland in Europe, and no service was available outside that country. Of course customers in France and Germany nearby traveled there to buy some. Now a new updated 9250 without the mapping feature in 9350, is sold in the U.S.
Samsung has switched from optical, Virtual Wall boundary markers to mag strips similar to Neato. It is not known whether the new machines still respond to the IR boundary signals. Possible because the receiver on the robot is shared by the beacon in the dock and by the remote control. The technology is the same as used on TV remotes.
